New Southwest Speed Long Tube Headers, 265-400, Chrome Plated, 1967-1991 Sbc

1-5/8" primaries to 2 1/2" Collectors. Includes a pair of 3" to 2-1/2" reducers. Includes gaskets and mounting hardware. Triple Process Chrome Plated to resist early corrosion. Header Tube Type: Full Length.

Finish: Triple Process Chrome Plated. Tube Outside Diameter: 1 5/8. Reducers: 3" to 2 1/2". Will not fit angle plug heads.

May require header reducer with O2 fitting. 1979 and later vehicles equipped with short compressor will re-use the original bracket. Due to a revised chroming process brought on by recent EPA regulations and high labor costs, today's chrome is not the quality of days gone by. Be Aware: Exhaust components which are chrome plated are now much more susceptible to blueing, blistering, peeling & corrosion.

We see very few headers that do not change color once exhaust temperatures are achieved. Please refer to the header measurement chart below to make sure the header will fit your vehicle and application before ordering.
