120 AMP 1 or 3 Wire Alternator. 120 Amp upgrade replacement alternator for GM 10SI applications.

This chrome finish alternator has an internal voltage regulator. Comes with a one groove bolt on V-belt pulley. High output, great for today's increased ignition, sound, and accessory power demands. This alternator is a direct replacement on 1968 to 1982 GM vehicles that had internal regulator alternators.

This will also work on GM vehicles prior to 1968. It can be wired with a one-wire or three-wire set-up. With the optional 3 wire hookup, that will allow it to operate providing numerous advantages such as. Allows use of dash warning (idiot) light plus volt gauge can be added. Running voltage sensing wire to a common firewall power distribution junction produces optimum results.

Maintains more accurate voltage by compensating for voltage drops. Optimizes state of charge and improved overall battery life. Starts charging right away, no annoying "cut-in" RPM. More efficient, more reliable, better performance than a one wire unit!
