High Volume Aluminum Water Pump Short TYPE - Chrome High grade aluminum water pump, this pump will flow up to 40% more coolant than stock pumps, it will dissipate heat better than the regular oem cast iron pumps, also lighter. This pump features high quality roller bearings, custom machined impeller for maximum water flow and reduced cavitation at high RPM's. This pump will clear cam belt drives and most blower drives. However this Pump will fit any Small Block Chevy block up to 1986 when using the matching "Short" water pump crank pulley & alternator/power steering brackets. Side Port: 1/2 NPT (Includes Plug).

Heater Port: 1/2 NPT (Includes Plug). Pulley Flange: Dual Bolt Pattern.

Kit Includes: Two NPT Plugs, Two Gaskets & Two Pulley Shims. NOTE: Please make sure this is the correct pump, this is a SHORT snout pump, it measures 5-5/8 long (from block to pulley flange).
