This is an original 1932 Chevrolet roadster chrome trico wiper motor. The chrome is in very nice shape, but the cap has been replaced with a painted piece. The switch portion feels loose so I would assume it doesn't work, but it would be an excellent core to rebuild or install for looks as is.
